Change your mind?
No problem, it happens.
We want returns to be as simple and easy as possible.
Returns to UK customers are free.
You can cancel your order and return any unwanted and unused items within 30 calendar days of receiving them for a full refund plus any standard shipping you may have paid.
This returns policy excludes items made to order such as personalised products or food and drink that has been opened. These cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
If you’re shopping around Christmas time and order between 1 November and 31 December, you can return unwanted items up until 31 January the following year.
So, if you’ve changed your mind and simply want to send it back for a refund, or your item is faulty or damaged, simply follow the instructions below.
How to return an item:
Please fill out the form on our Contact Page, stating your order number, why you’d like to return it (for example, change of mind or your product is faulty, missing parts or damaged) and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible with full instructions.
Please be sure to wait for a reply before sending an item back, otherwise your return may not be processed properly.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for any refunds or replacements to be processed from the date of us receiving them.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
12 Month Warranty On Everything
We stand by the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 12 month warranty against defects on all products bought from the day you receive them, except products with an expiry date such as food and drink. These products should have a minimum of three months of life before the expiry date of when they were delivered. Again, this does not affect your statutory rights.
